Donations to Political Campaigns: Find Your Friends
Ever wonder how much money your friends have given to political campaigns?Well, my sweetie pointed this out to me the other day: News Meat is one of several sites where you can look up people's names and states of residence and see if they donated to a major statewide or national campaign.
I found out that a prominent east bay anarchist donated $250 to the Kerry campaign-- in April! I am reminded of a song: "Which side are you on?"
